Rehearsal Dinner

I know it's a little early to think about the reheasal and the dinner but my mom has been calling me about some details surrounding it so it's on my brain. I first wanted to do our party in blue like the wedding and because Shawn likes blue. I though Navy would be different from the wedding blue so I started there. I found a post at HWTM that had a modern navy and orange baby shower. I LOVED the pictures. So I stole the palette, added some animal print details and bada-bing: Wildly in Love Rehearsal dinner.

My work has so many nice jungle decorations that I ordered all my supplies from there. I'm going to group the lanterns together with some of the vine and hang them over the main food table. I have the tropical leaves for placemats and some gorgeous serving bowl sets for salad or rolls.

I'm also planning on making some mini vases for the tables using animal print scrapbook paper wrapped around toilet paper tubes. You slide the tubes over some votive holders, add water and an orange day lily -- Voila!
