YAY CHRISTMAS IS OVER!

The best thing I got for Christmas: Time with Shawn to fall more madly and wildly in love. I spent a lot of time and money on everyone this year and I got a 40% return on my investment. Shawn cheered me up with an impromptu yarn shopping extravaganza the day after Christmas. I also think there's a present making its way to me from an order he placed online. But the closeness we renewed from the busy week over the nice long weekend truly was a gift. I'm so happy we're going to be married and paired together forever. I can't imagine going through life without him right next to me.

It seems like I have so much done for the wedding but I also have so much to do.

I need to meet with the florist. I do have an idea list for us to go over and get an idea on prices. We have a photographer set up who is his aunt's close friend. She takes some great photos! I want to meet with her and discuss the ideas I have for the engagement pictures in the snow and all the individual shots I want the day-of.

We really have to find Shawn's clothes and then all the guys' clothes. We need blue dress shirts, ties, tailored shorts and 3/4 sleeve jackets for the guys and a vest, tailored shorts, shrug 3/4 sleeve jacket, blue shirt, vest for Shawn.

I also really have to get people to start ordering the flower girls, junior bridesmaids and their bridesmaid dresses. I am not discussing that Shawn is wearing shorts in regards to what anyone else is wearing; Shawn is wearing what he wants on his own wedding day and that has nothing to do with anyone else's attire. The Bridesmaids picked their dresses, I picked the color, but it's not over. I just checked the Wal-Mart Bridal website(DB) and a lot of the styles are discontinued or don't have a size I need in that color! BAW! So that'll have to be re-worked in February; I don't have time for it now. I don't care if we all went down to good ol' Urban Outfitters and picked some out off the stupid rack; I just want everyone to look nice.
